We offer a 30-day refund policy on eligible products. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately, we will not be able to process any return or refund requests.

When Can You Request a Refund?

You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:

• The bottle is broken upon delivery
• The parcel is received damaged
• The sprayer / atomizer is broken or not working properly
• You didn’t like the scent

We understand that choosing a fragrance online can be tricky, so we even accept returns if the scent doesn’t meet your expectations.

No Hidden Charges

• No delivery charges are deducted from your refund
• No penalties for perfume usage 

Exceptions (Non-Refundable Cases)

Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:

• Tester boxes are not eligible for refunds.
• If the bottle is broken or damaged by the customer
• If the parcel box is damaged after delivery due to mishandling
